Well, I'm out to my parents now and I know for a fact that my dad outed me to my violent brother (who lives in another state because he's got warrants, but still)

The last interaction I had with my brother was when he sent me threats because I brought a transgender friend over to Thanksgiving (This was before I was out)

I got it working, had to use a tool made by the manufacturer to fix it (gross, windows disk management should have just shown me the damn thing an let me format it there)

My portable ssd no longer exists according to windows. My laptop running linux has no trouble seeing it, putting files on it, etc. windows doesn't even realize that it's a storage device
